Viktor developed his expertise working in an IT company in the telecoms sector, negotiating multi-million IT implementation contracts with leading telecoms companies in the CIS, Middle East, South-East Asia and Africa.
He subsequently moved to work as an advocate focusing on shareholder disputes, sanctions and advising cryptocurrency businesses.
Viktor has worked on international projects since 2018. He is a qualified solicitor admitted to practise in England & Wales. He is focused on projects involving English law and international legal issues. He regularly represents clients in international arbitrations.
Viktor has a rare combination of skills: in-house experience in the IT industry, providing him with an understanding of IT businesses’ working needs and practices, as well as expertise as a dispute resolution solicitor, allowing him to advise on potential conflicts at early stages and assist with structuring legal instruments to minimise legal risks.
At BELGRAVIA LAW, Viktor assists ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and international businesses with complex multi-jurisdictional projects involving issues of international and English law.
